Welcome to RUSH. By accessing or using our application, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
RUSH functions strictly as a Platform as a Service (PaaS) provider. We provide the technological infrastructure and software that supports users and enables hospitals and emergency services to leverage our technology for emergency response communication.
RUSH does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are a technology company facilitating better connection and information flow to reach the needed. RUSH is not an ambulance service, a hospital, or a medical care provider.
While RUSH is designed to remain operational under difficult conditions, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. The service relies on mobile networks, internet connectivity, and GPS accuracy, which are outside of our control. RUSH is not liable for service outages, delays in transmission, or connectivity failures.
By using RUSH, you consent to the sharing of your entered medical data and location with connected emergency dispatchers, requested contacts, and designated hospitals in the event of an SOS activation. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is handled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUSH and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
We modify these terms from time to time to better reflect the way our platform operates or changes in regulatory requirements. We will notify users of any significant changes via the RUSH application.
